Team BVI before the opening of the Carifta Games
APRIL 6—With the colorful opening ceremony out the way to kick off the 41st LIME Carifta Games this evening at the National Stadium in Devonshire, Bermuda, 8 of the 16 athletes will get down to business on Saturday morning.
Three athletes will see action during the morning session of the competition that begins with our athletes stepping on the red turf at 9:50 a.m. for the U17 Girls and U20 Boys 400m prelims. The finals are scheduled during the evening session.
The second set of athletes will face the starters gun beginning at 5 p.m. for the 100m semi finals and the Javelin Throw final at 6:45 p.m.
